A history of development and innovation.

Built in 1868, The Mill at Crane Pond was originally created by the Crane Brothers Paper Co. of Dalton MA and the interconnected nine building complex was later acquired by Steven’s paper company. The property has been renovated in phases over the last 30 years to become a thriving, economically viable business complex.
